I Kinda Love Winter.My days consist of working out, college apps, watching television, writing, and reading. It's not so bad.
The best hot cocoa recipe in the world:
1) Heat up 2 cups skim milk with 2 tsp vanilla extract in a small saucepan on top of the stove, stirring slowly.
2) In an empty mug, put in 2 heaping spoonfuls Ghirardelli Double Chocolate hot chocolate mix. Optional: Add one peppermint, a pinch of instant espresso powder, or one square from a dark chocolate bar.
3) When milk is hot (don’t let it boil), pour it into mug. Stir thoroughly. The peppermint will take longer to dissolve.
4) Top with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, or all five!
